Implementing the regulation on annual employees meeting at workplace, on July 28, 1818, Phat Dat Real Estate Development JSC was held an annual for employees

The annual employees meeting give employee a chance to talk, in order to developing the enterprise, improving the relationship between employees and the company. Besides, the meeting also create a friendly working environment between employees and management, capture and timely resolution for the problems that happen in working environment at the company

Attending the meeting were Mr. Pham Trong Hoa – General Director of Construction Department, head of other departments and all employees of Phat Dat Company.

At this meeting, Mr.Dang Thanh Trung – Human Resources Director reported the business results of Phat Dat in the first 6 months and the targets to become the leading brand, Top 100 best working environment in Vietnam. On behalf of the BOD, Mr.Hoa appreciated the effort of all employees to contribute to the achievement of the company.

Ms. Dang Nguyen Thuy Trang – Marketing Director announces to all staffs the company’s 14th anniversary event that held in Singapore from September 6 to September 9, with meaningful and interesting activities. The company anniversary (teambuilding) is an annual activity of Phat Dat. This activity is a part of benefits for employees. With the purpose of connect people, teambuilding activity is always well as well as the direct instruction from the BOD. This year, with 14th anniversary, the event promises to bring a lot meaningful and interesting activities.

In addition, the BOD of the company, Mr. Pham Trong Hoa also shared the opportunities for development, the ability to advance in working environment at Phat Dat. As well as responding to staff comments, most of the questions are related to welfare policy and ideas to make the company’s working environment better.

At the end of annual seminar in July 2018, all staffs were excited with the company results achieved in the first half of the year and the company’s 14th anniversary event will be held in Singapore. In addition, all staff’s questions have been explained. Suggestions are acknowledged and resolved by the company’s leaders, thereby helping all staffs to focus and work together to achieve best results.
