Phat Dat to complete infrastructure of Zone No. 4, Nhon Hoi Urban Ecotourism Area

By the end of February 2019, Phat Dat Real Estate Development (ticker: PDR) won the bidding of Nhon Hoi Urban Ecotourism Area – Zone No. 4, Binh Dinh City.  The whole infrastructure is under completition, thus,  sales is expected to start by the end of second quarter, 2019.

70% of the infrastructure in Zone No.4 is completed in 03 months.

Quy Nhon is one PDR’s focal points in the central coastal regions for the development of urban residential and township projects with land plot for sales. Significantly, PDR currently owns 70.3 hectares of land at Nhon Hoi Urban Ecotourism Area, namely the Zones No. 2 and No. 4 through auction.

Since the end of February 2019, in less than 3 months, over 70% of the infrastructure is completed in Zone No. 4, specifically, leveling, road construction and installation of water supply and drainage system are completed, as well as manholes and concrete curbs, etc.

Ready for sale by the end of the second quarter of 2019  

With “successive” and synchronous construction method to shorten construction duration, all infrastructure items at Zone No. 4 are expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2019. Accordingly, the remaining items such as HMA pavement, sidewalk stone pavement, lighting system and greenery… will gradually be completed.

In addition, PDR is also speeding up the design and construction of green areas in parks, public works and parking lots within the project area to improve life quality and connect with available facilities such as Nhon Hoi Market and school…and other projects within the confines of Nhon Hoi Urban Area.

As such, PDR is completely ready to kick off sales of Zone No. 4 by the end of the second quarter of 2019. According to the adjusted plan, approved by the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province,  Zone No. 4 has an area of ​​34.16ha whereas residential area is 208,556 m2, including 961 attached/semi-attached residential land plots, 347 land plots used for commerce, service and finally an apartment complex of 40 floors.

Being seaside and located next to the Nhon Hoi Urban Area center, with complete and syncronous infrastructure and having long-term land use right, Zone No. 4 is promising to offer “hot” products to the Binh Dinh market at the end of the second quarter of 2019.
