This morning, August 17, 2026, Binh Chuan 3 Primary School held its first student gathering at its new campus. Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) fully funded its construction, with its official handover to the local authorities on August 6, 2026.
On the gathering day, first-grade students got their first chance to familiarize themselves with their new classrooms, classmates, and teachers. Fifth-grade students also returned to school with great enthusiasm, eager to explore their new learning environment.Classrooms are equipped with matching desks and chairs, lighting systems, and ceiling fans, creating a bright, airy, and comfortable learning environment.Students explore the STEM room, library, and various other functional spaces. The STEM room gives students early exposure to science, technology, engineering, programming, robotics, artificial intelligence, and hands-on creative activities.The library encourages students to develop a reading habit, learning autonomy, and intellectual exploration.Teachers and students share a sense of excitement and joy on the first day of school.One of the biggest changes this school year is that each teacher has their own classroom, rather than having to share a classroom with another teacher as in previous years.Teachers have put greater care and dedication into decorating their classroom spaces, treating them as their own “second home,” while also preparing welcome gifts for students on the first day back to school.The spacious, open school grounds provide students with a comfortable environment for recreation.
