Blocks 2-1 and 2-3 of Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem to Break Ground on October 23, 2026

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) will officially break ground on Blocks 2-1 and 2-3 of Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem on October 23, 2026. 

Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem is a large-scale, mixed-use urban complex in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, comprising six land lots designated from 2-1 to 2-6. Under the cooperation agreement between Phat Dat and Lotte, Phat Dat co-develops the residential blocks 2-2, 2-4, and 2-6. 

The commercial blocks 2-1 and 2-3 will be developed entirely by Phat Dat, with a total gross floor area of approximately 171,580 square meters. The implementation of these two blocks is an important step in the overall development of the project. 

Preparatory work is currently being expedited to ensure that all conditions are in place for the scheduled groundbreaking. Following the groundbreaking, blocks 2-1 and 2-3 are expected to be completed within 36 months, from October 23, 2026 to October 23, 2029.
