Cập nhật tiến độ Dự án La Pura tháng 07/2026
Trong tháng 07/2026, các hạng mục tại dự án La Pura tiếp tục được triển khai theo kế hoạch.
Tính đến ngày 14/07/2026, tiến độ các phân khu cụ thể như sau:
- Zenia – Hai tháp hoàn thành cất nóc, hiện đang đẩy mạnh hoàn thiện căn hộ & hệ thống cơ điện.
- Risa – Tháp Risa 1 tới tầng 33, ThápRisa 2 tới tầng 36, dự kiến cất nóc phân khu Risa trong tháng 8/2026
- Lusso Saigon & Lusso d’Arte: Thi công tầng 6.
Bên cạnh đó, đoạn Quốc lộ 13 mở rộng 60m phía trước dự án đã được đưa vào lưu thông, góp phần cải thiện khả năng kết nối giao thông trong khu vực và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc tiếp cận dự án.
