Tham dự giải có các đội: Hà Nội, Gia Lai, trường Giáo Dưỡng số 4, Tp.HCM, Đồng Tháp, Cà Mau và 2 đội nước láng giềng là Thái Lan và Campuchia. Sau ba ngày tranh đua sôi nổi, giải kết thúc vào chiều ngày 29/05/2009 với Đội Vô Địch : Đội Gia Lai, Đội hạng nhì: Trường Giáo Dưỡng 4.
