Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) has released its October 2025 IR Newsletter, providing updates on the Company’s key activities and the progress of its flagship projects.
Corporate Townhall with the theme “Reshape the Future”
As part of the series of activities celebrating its 21st anniversary, Phat Dat organized a Corporate Townhall under the theme “Reshape the Future.”
At the event, PDR’s leadership emphasized the importance of transforming both mindset and action to effectively respond to market challenges, and outlined five key focus areas:
- Restructuring the operational governance system
- Strengthening financial capacity and risk control
- Applying technology and digitalization
- Building a human-centric corporate culture
- Developing and rejuvenating the workforce
Phat Dat honored at the “Enterprise of Choice 2025” awards
On 9 October 2025, Phat Dat was honored at the “Enterprise of Choice 2025” awards ceremony, an annual program organized by CareerViet to recognize companies with outstanding working environments that are trusted and chosen by the workforce.
In the 2025 edition, Phat Dat achieved several notable rankings:
- Top 5 in Real Estate – Leasing sector (Large Enterprises)
- Top 19 companies with outstanding candidate experience
- Top 51 Enterprise of Choice in Vietnam
Accelerating construction progress of La Pura wellness city
In October, La Pura recorded new milestones in construction progress. Specifically:
Two towers of Zenia have reached Floors 13 and 16, respectively. Two towers of Risa have reached Floors 14 and 18, respectively.
In parallel with the apartment towers, the on-site sales gallery is being rapidly completed and will soon be ready to welcome customers.
Notably, National Highway 13, the key arterial road directly in front of the project, is being expanded to 60 meters, contributing to improved transport infrastructure and enhancing connectivity and value for both the surrounding area and the entire project.
Launch of Hoang Giang Section – The Heart of Quy Nhon Iconic
On 21 September 2025, Phat Dat officially launched the Hoang Giang Section, described as the “Heart of Quy Nhon Iconic,” attracting strong interest from customers and investors.
The event marked a new milestone for Quy Nhon Iconic – the Riverside village and Coastal city, reaffirming Phat Dat’s vision to position Quy Nhon as a leading residential and investment destination in Central Vietnam.
