PDR announces record date for shareholders eligible to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to Resolution No. 08/2025/HĐQT-QĐ of the Board of Directors, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) announces the record date for shareholders entitled to attend the 2025 AGM of Shareholders as follows:
- Record date for determining shareholders eligible to attend the 2025 AGM: May 20, 2025
- The 2025 AGM of Shareholders is scheduled to be held in June 2025. The official venue and time will be announced by the Company in subsequent notices.
Note: The final registration date may be subject to change depending on actual circumstances or requests from competent authorities.
