Phat Dat announces its amended Enterprise Registration Certificate

On May 5, 2025, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (Stock code: PDR) announced its 38th amendment to the Enterprise Registration Certificate.

On April 28, 2025, Phat Dat received its 38th amended Enterprise Registration Certificate from the HCMC Department of Planning and Investment, officially recording the adjustment to the Company’s charter capital.

Specifically, the charter capital has been increased from VND 8,731,400,830,000 to VND 9,072,350,830,000.

Phat Dat was first granted its Enterprise Registration Certificate on September 13, 2004. Over 21 years of establishment and development, the Company has become one of Vietnam’s leading real estate enterprises, with a sustainable development orientation and increasingly strengthened financial capacity.
