Phat Dat Breaks Ground on Sales Office and Show Flat Complex in HCMC

On September 25, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Sales Office and Show Flat Complex on Mai Chi Tho Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC. The project marks an important step in Phat Dat's preparations to create a dedicated space where customers can explore its projects, experience its products, and connect with the Company. 

Built on a 2,800-square-meter site, the Sales Office and Show Flat Complex is designed to give customers an opportunity to learn about and experience projects developed or co-developed by Phat Dat. The complex is expected to feature a reception lobby, brand and project showcase area, show homes, technology experience area, sales office, VIP lounge, and event space. 

In addition to project scale models and show flats, the complex will incorporate technology and digital interactive solutions to enhance the customer experience when exploring Phat Dat's projects. 

These solutions will focus on presenting project information in a more visual and engaging way, while gradually creating more personalized experiences for different customer groups. The complex will also provide a dedicated workspace for Phat Dat's sales consultants to collaborate, meet with and provide support to customers throughout the project consultation process. The technology solutions will continue to be refined as the project progresses. 

Once completed, the Sales Office and Show Flat Complex is expected to showcase projects developed or co-developed by Phat Dat, including Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem, Monrei Sai Gon, Lusso D'Arte, Q'Terra, The Quay Complex, Quy Nhon Iconic, and other projects. Project information, scale models, visual materials, and show homes will be arranged according to the respective stages of each project's product presentation. 

Bringing multiple projects together in one location will make it more convenient for customers to explore Phat Dat's projects and speak directly with the sales team. The complex will also host experiential events combining culture and technology, creating additional opportunities for Phat Dat to connect with customers and its sales consultants.

The Sales Office and Show Flat Complex is expected to become an important touchpoint for Phat Dat to connect with customers and partners through project presentations, customer experiences, and events in the years ahead.
