Đơn vị thực hiện thi công nền móng công trình là Bauer Việt Nam – thành viên của Tập đoàn đa quốc gia Bauer đến từ Đức, hoạt động chủ yếu trong lĩnh vực thiết kế và thi công nền móng với kinh nghiệm phong phú có được từ hoạt động của Bauer Group trên toàn cầu.
Đây là một trong những dự án then chốt của công ty Phát Đạt, được xây dựng trên diện tích 11,25ha, tọa lạc tại một vị trí đắc địa bên sông Sài Gòn - nơi mà cầu Phú Mỹ đi qua nối liền quận 2 và quận 7, cách Phú Mỹ Hưng 1,5km và cách trung tâm Sài Gòn gần 6km. Dự án được đầu tư thiết kế ấn tượng, hứa hẹn sẽ hình thành một khu đô thị thu nhỏ với đầy đủ tiện nghi hiện đại như: khu thương mại dịch vụ, trung tâm y tế, trường học, nhà hàng, khu chăm sóc sắc đẹp, quần thể rạp chiếu phim, hồ bơi, phòng thể dục thể thao.
