Phat Dat Opens Sales Office in Hanoi, Strengthening Its Presence in Northern Vietnam

On October 3, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) officially opened its Sales Office at Grand Terra Building, 36 Cat Linh Street, Hanoi. The new office marks another step in Phat Dat's plan to expand its presence in Hanoi and across Northern Vietnam, while providing customers in the region with a convenient place to explore the Company's projects and connect directly with its sales team. 

The Hanoi Sales Office is designed as a dedicated space where customers can learn about and experience real estate projects developed in or co-developed by Phat Dat. The office features project scale models, presentation screens, and consultation areas, allowing customers to explore the projects in a more visual and engaging way.

Initially, the office will focus on promoting and supporting sales of Q'Terra, a high-rise hospitality project in the heart of Quy Nhon. Located at No. 1 Ngo May Street, Q'Terra enjoys a prime beachfront location overlooking Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, at the intersection of Ngo May, An Duong Vuong, Dien Hong, Nguyen Tat Thanh, and Xuan Dieu streets. 

The Sales Office opened following the Q'Terra Kick-off Ceremony held in Hanoi on October 2, 2026, extending the momentum of the sales launch and providing a dedicated space for project communications and customer engagement. The opening also marks an important step in Phat Dat's efforts to expand Q'Terra's presence and sales activities in Northern Vietnam.

In the Central region, Phat Dat previously opened the Quy Nhon Sales Gallery at No. 03 Nguyen Trung Tin Street, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province, on August 21, 2026. Designed around the concept “Ocean Treasure, Masterpiece of Waves,” the Sales Gallery serves as a venue for project presentations, customer consultations, and engagement, further expanding Phat Dat's sales network in the Central region.

In Southern Vietnam, Phat Dat broke ground on its Sales Office and Show Flat Complex on Mai Chi Tho Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC, on September 25, 2026. Built on a site of approximately 2,800 square meters, the complex is designed to showcase Phat Dat's brand, projects, and show flats, while also providing technology experiences, sales consultation areas, customer reception facilities, and event spaces.

With Sales Offices, Sales Galleries, and the Show Flat Complex now taking shape in Hanoi, Quy Nhon, and HCMC, Phat Dat is building a nationwide network of customer touchpoints. This network will support the Company in expanding its market presence, strengthening customer engagement, and accelerating sales and business activities across its project portfolio in the coming time.
