Ngày 25/03/2010, Công ty cổ phần Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt và tập đoàn Marriott International đã tiến hành ký kết Bản ghi nhớ hợp tác quản lý dự án khách sạn 5 sao Marriott Hotel Hội An. Dự án nằm trong Khu du lịch – dịch vụ Khối Tân Mỹ, phường Cẩm An, thị xã Hội An, tỉnh Quảng Nam. Đây là trục đường giao thông đối ngoại quan trọng nối liền Trung tâm Phố cổ Hội An, bãi biển Cửa Đại và thành phố Đà Nẵng.
Việc ký kết Bản ghi nhớ hợp tác dự án khách sạn 5 sao tại Hội An giữa Công ty cổ phần Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt và tập đoàn Marriott lần này cho thấy tiềm lực và quyết tâm của chủ đầu tư Phát Đạt trong việc phát triển các dự án bất động sản du lịch, đồng thời mở rộng quy mô hoạt động của tập đoàn Marriott tại Việt Nam.
