TP HCM ban hành 3 hạn mức giao đất ở
Hạn mức giao đất ở tại TP HCM từ 160 m2/cá nhân đến 250 m2/cá nhân, tùy khu vực.
Chiều 30-9, Phó Chủ tịch UBND TP HCM Bùi Xuân Cường ký ban hành quyết định quy định về hạn mức giao đất ở cho cá nhân trên địa bàn TP HCM.
Theo đó, tại các quận 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, Gò Vấp, Bình Thạnh, Phú Nhuận, Tân Bình, Tân Phú, Bình Tân và TP Thủ Đức: hạn mức giao đất ở không quá 160 m2/cá nhân.
Thị trấn các huyện, khu vực đã thực hiện dự án xây dựng đô thị mới theo quy hoạch hệ thống đô thị và nông thôn tại các huyện Bình Chánh, Hóc Môn, Củ Chi, Nhà Bè, Cần Giờ: không quá 200 m2/cá nhân.
