Update on the construction progress of La Pura as of September 10, 2025
With more than 400 workers on site each day along with extensive equipment and machinery, La Pura is being vigorously executed in line with the planned schedule.
Specifically, as of September 10, 2025:
📍 Zenia Tower 1:
The walls and floor of Level 11 are being urgently completed, with the building’s form now clearly taking shape.
📍 Zenia Tower 2:
Construction has reached Level 13.
📍 Wall-building activities are being carried out simultaneously across multiple floors.

HCMC, October 23, 2026 – Lotte and Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) officially commence construction of Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem in Functional Zone 2A of Thu Thiem New Urban Area. The ceremony marks a major milestone in the project’s development and another step forward in the strategic partnership between Lotte and Phat Dat.
Lotte (Shopping, Hotel, E&C from South Korea) and Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) will jointly commence construction of the residential component and the commercial-service component integrated with office space at Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem on October 23, 2026.
