Theo Ngân hàng Nhà nước - Chi nhánh TP.HCM, trong 4 tháng đầu năm, tín dụng bất động sản tăng trưởng cao hơn mức tăng trưởng chung trên địa bàn.

Đến cuối tháng 4, tổng dư nợ tín dụng bất động sản trên địa bàn thành phố đạt 981.500 tỉ đồng, chiếm khoảng 33% so với cả nước và tăng 1,61% so với cuối năm 2023. Trong 4 tháng đầu năm, tín dụng bất động sản tăng trưởng cao hơn mức tăng trưởng tín dụng chung trên địa bàn (tăng 1,31%) và chiếm 27% so với tổng dư nợ tín dụng trên địa bàn.
Tín dụng bất động sản tăng trưởng gắn liền với những chuyển biến tích cực hơn từ thị trường này và phản ánh xu hướng tăng trưởng qua từng tháng. Tín dụng bất động sản tháng 1 giảm 0,49%, tháng 2 giảm 0,01%, tháng 3 tăng 0,96% và tháng 4 tăng 1,15%, là tháng có tốc độ tăng trưởng cao nhất trong 4 tháng đầu năm.
