Phat Dat Inaugurates and Hands Over Binh Chuan 3 Primary School

HCMC, August 6, 2026 – Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) officially inaugurated and handed over Binh Chuan 3 Primary School in Thuan Giao Ward, HCMC. With a total investment of about VND 145 billion, the facility provides a modern, fully integrated learning environment for more than 1,000 pupils, fostering knowledge and inspiring generations of young learners to pursue their dreams.

A Modern Educational Facility Completed in Just Over Six Months
On January 28, 2026, Phat Dat, together with authorities and organizations involved, held the groundbreaking ceremony for Binh Chuan 3 Primary School. Developed under Vietnam’s education socialization policy, the school will contribute to strengthening social infrastructure and meeting the growing demand for educational facilities in the rapidly urbanizing area.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Phat Dat pledged to mobilize the necessary resources and work closely with government agencies and project stakeholders to ensure the school was completed on schedule and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Over six months of construction, the school was completed and officially handed over on August 6, 2026, allowing the local authorities and school administration to take charge of its management and operation in preparation for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Throughout the implementation, the construction team received strong guidance and timely support from the city's leadership, government departments, and local authorities. Architects, consultants, supervisors, contractors, suppliers, together with engineers, site managers, and construction workers, worked in close coordination to ensure the project met its schedule, quality, safety, and operational requirements.

As the project's principal sponsor, Phat Dat fully funded the school, covering all stages from design and construction to equipment installation, completion, and handover to the State for management and operation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu, Chief Executive Officer of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, said: "The completion and handover of Binh Chuan 3 Primary School represent more than the completion of a construction project. A Comprehensive Learning Environment for More Than 1,000 Pupils  
Binh Chuan 3 Primary School is built on a 10,458-square-meter site and features 40 classrooms, including 13 classrooms on the first floor, 15 on the second floor, and 12 on the third floor. The campus is designed to serve the educational needs of  more than 1,000 pupils and over 40 educators.

In addition to its classrooms, the school includes a full range of specialized learning spaces and functional facilities, including a STEM laboratory, digital library, two computer labs, two language laboratories, art room, music room, multi-purpose sports hall, cafeteria, traditional room, and a Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space.

The STEM laboratory enables students to explore science, technology, engineering, and creative thinking through hands-on experiences in programming, robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, design, and fabrication. Meanwhile, the digital library broadens students' access to knowledge while encouraging reading, independent learning, and intellectual exploration.

The computer, language, art, and music rooms are equipped with modern facilities to help students discover and develop their individual talents. The multi-purpose sports hall, measuring approximately 18 × 30 meters, supports physical education classes, school events, and extracurricular activities. The kitchen and semi-boarding canteen provide students with safe and convenient daily meal services.

The school’s overall design is student-centered, with a focus on natural lighting, ventilation, green spaces, and seamless connections between learning, recreational, and physical activity areas. More than just a new school building, it provides a modern, safe, and welcoming educational environment where students can grow in knowledge, physical well-being, creativity, and character.

The completion of Binh Chuan 3 Primary School ahead of the new academic year provides the Thuan Giao community and surrounding areas with a modern educational facility, easing classroom shortages and improving teaching and learning conditions.

The school also aids educational transformation through experiential learning, technology integration, and holistic student development. Designed for long-term use, it is expected to provide generations of students with a stronger foundation for learning and personal growth, bringing to life Phat Dat's message of “Empowering Future Generations.”

To mark the inauguration and handover, Phat Dat presented 100 scholarships worth a total of VND 100 million to pupils of the school. The initiative reflects the company's continued commitment to supporting education, investing in people, and contributing to the sustainable development of the community.
 

At the ceremony, Phat Dat expressed its hope that Binh Chuan 3 Primary School would be effectively managed and utilized to maximize the long-term value of the investment. The project was constructed with the participation of Huy Thuoc Construction Co., Ltd., Hop Nhut Construction Trading & Services Co., Ltd., together with other contractors and specialist partners. Their close collaboration throughout the project ensured that the school was completed on schedule and met all quality standards for operation.

Earlier, on January 25, 2026, Phat Dat completed and handed over the landscaping project at Phan Dinh Phung Sports Center. The delivery of these community-focused initiatives reflects the company’s commitment to combining business growth with social responsibility and making meaningful contributions to the sustainable development of HCMC.
