Phat Dat made 1st payment of more than VND513 billion for the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem Project
On June 29, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) made the first payment of over VND513 billion under the Equity Interest Transfer Agreement for Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd., further advancing its investment cooperation with Lotte Group on the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem project.
Last Friday, June 26, 2026, Phat Dat officially joined the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem project by signing the Equity Interest Transfer Agreement with Lotte Group in relation to Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd. On the same day, Phat Dat and Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank) signed a financing agreement for the project.
On the morning of June 29, 2026, pursuant to the executed Equity Interest Transfer Agreement, Phat Dat made the first payment in the amount of VND 513,075,000,000 (five hundred thirteen billion seventy-five million Vietnamese dong).

By fulfilling its payment commitments in full and on schedule, Phat Dat continues to demonstrate its financial strength and proactive approach in the development of the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem project—one of the flagship developments in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
