The Newly-built Binh Chuan 3 Primary School: A Modern, Integrated Learning Environment for More Than 1,000 Pupils

Over six months of construction, Binh Chuan 3 Primary School has officially been inaugurated and handed over, providing students and teachers with a spacious, modern and inspiring educational environment ahead of the new school year.
On August 6, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation held the inauguration and handover ceremony for Binh Chuan 3 Primary School in Thuan Giao Ward, HCMC. The school was constructed over six months, following the groundbreaking ceremony on January 28, 2026. The project was primarily funded by Phat Dat as a non-refundable contribution, covering the entire process from design, construction and equipment installation to finishing and handover to the State.The new school was built on a site of approximately 10,458 sq. m., with a total investment of around VND 145 billion. It is designed to serve more than 1,000 pupils and a teaching staff of over 40. The school comprises 40 classrooms, including 13 on the first floor, 15 on the second floor and 12 on the third floor, together with a comprehensive system of subject-based classrooms and functional spaces. A key feature of Binh Chuan 3 Primary School is its modern, comprehensive, student-centered facilities. In addition to standard classrooms, the school features a STEM lab, a digital library, two computer rooms, two language rooms, an art room, a music room, a multipurpose sports hall, a semi-boarding dining area, a traditional room and a cultural space dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh.The STEM space gives students early exposure to science, technology, engineering, programming, robotics, artificial intelligence and hands-on creative activities. Designed as an open reading space, the digital library encourages pupils to develop their reading habit, learning autonomy and intellectual exploration.The computer, language, art and music rooms support students in developing digital and language skills, aesthetic awareness and individual expression.Alongside the classroom block, the multipurpose sports hall, measuring approximately 18 m by 30 m, serves physical education classes, extra-curriculum activities and various school events. The new school also features a kitchen and semi-boarding dining area, providing students with well-equipped facilities for daily meals and activities.With spacious classrooms, modern functional rooms, dedicated sports hall, a digital library, STEM lab, dining area and integrated supporting facilities, Binh Chuan 3 Primary School not only adds a new educational facility to the local community but also creates a safe, welcoming and inspiring learning environment for students.The school is expected to contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning, easing pressure on existing school facilities, and empowering generations of students as they embark on their educational journey.
