On April 20, 2025, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) officially released its 2024 Annual Report. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the Company’s business operations, development strategies, and governance capabilities during a challenging year, while also demonstrating its strong determination to reposition and transform itself in preparation for a new phase of growth.

Under the theme “New Mind for New Heights,” the report clearly outlines PDR’s strategic direction in its journey toward creating comprehensive and sustainable development value. While maintaining the core values that have built its reputation over the past two decades, PDR is proactively innovating its Mind, restructuring its organization, and comprehensively upgrading its capabilities to adapt to emerging trends in the real estate market.
In a message to shareholders and partners, Chairman of the Board Nguyen Van Dat affirmed: “PDR remains steadfast in pursuing the goals of generating stable cash flow, optimizing financial efficiency, and enhancing growth quality. Given the new opportunities in the economy, the Company recognizes the urgent need to strengthen internal capabilities and set higher development standards in terms of speed, depth, and sustainability. ‘We don’t just want growth; we want the right kind of growth, growth with value,’” the Chairman emphasized.

The report also highlights positive signs of recovery in Q4/2024, with accelerated sales and a rebound in revenue. For 2025, the leadership has strategically prioritized six key projects with high readiness and strong alignment with market demand. With an expected total revenue of up to VND 50 trillion from now until 2027, PDR is entering a new growth cycle, backed by a large-scale land bank, strong financial capacity, and a professional operational framework.
