Phat Dat Wins Auctions for Two High-Rise Residential Land Plots in Dong Nai

On December 26, 2025, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) received two decisions from the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province recognizing the Company as the successful bidder for the land use rights of two high-rise mixed-use residential projects. Specifically:

1. Pursuant to Decision No. 3312/QD-UBND dated December 25, 2025, Phat Dat was recognized as the successful bidder for the land use rights of the Riverside High-Rise Mixed-Use Residential Project in Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province. Details are as follows:

Land area: 19,204.13 m²

Gross floor area: 146,072.02 m²

2. Pursuant to Decision No. 3314/QD-UBND dated December 26, 2025, Phat Dat continued to be recognized as the successful bidder for the land use rights of the High-Rise Mixed-Use Residential Project in Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province (Land Lot No. 71, cadastral map sheet No. 86, Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province). Details are as follows:

Land area: 27,455.00 m²

Gross floor area: 212,029.65 m²

Accordingly, the two land plots successfully auctioned in Dong Nai have a combined area of nearly 46,660 m², with a total gross floor area exceeding 358,000 m². This achievement strengthens Phat Dat’s land bank for future high-rise residential developments and underscores the Company’s continued adherence to its strategic focus on HCMC and Dong Nai Province, as previously announced by the Board of Directors.
