Update on the construction progress of La Pura as of October 2025: Accelerating construction pace

As of October 2025, the La Pura construction site is witnessing a highly active and dynamic working atmosphere, with more than 400 workers on-site alongside modern equipment and machinery. Construction activities are being carried out at full capacity to ensure the project stays on track with the planned schedule.

In terms of progress, Zenia Tower 1 has reached the 13th floor, while Zenia Tower 2 has advanced to the 16th floor. Meanwhile, Risa Tower 1 has been constructed up to the 14th floor, and Risa Tower 2 has achieved the 18th floor milestone.

In parallel with the residential towers, the on-site sales gallery is being expedited for completion and is expected to welcome visitors in the near future.

Notably, National Highway 13— the key arterial road located directly in front of the project—is currently being expanded to 60 meters in width. This infrastructure upgrade is set to enhance regional connectivity while further increasing the overall value of La Pura.
