Phat Dat honored among the Top National Strong Brands for the 11th time in 2026
HCMC, January 25, 2026 – At the ceremony announcing the National Strong Brands and Outstanding Business Leaders 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) was honored among the Top National Strong Brands – Vietnam Top Brands 2026.
The award is presented at the national level by the Institute for Enterprise Quality Assessment and Human Resources Development and voted by leading economic experts based on criteria such as: product and service quality, business performance, innovation capability, sustainable development strategy, and corporate social responsibility.

Established in 2004, Phat Dat has steadily affirmed its position as one of Vietnam’s leading and reputable real estate developers. Over more than 21 years of development, the Company has consistently pursued a sustainable growth strategy, continuously strengthening its internal capabilities and building solid trust among customers, partners, and investors.
Phat Dat has proactively innovated its mindset and adjusted its strategies to adapt to market fluctuations. The Company is currently focusing on developing projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai. These projects are developed with a fully integrated approach—from planning and infrastructure to architecture and amenities—ensuring long-term value and operational efficiency.

Beyond supporting communities in Central Vietnam affected by natural disasters and awarding scholarships to students, Phat Dat has also taken the initiative to upgrade Phan Dinh Phung Indoor Stadium into a landscaped public space for community use during the Lunar New Year, while sponsoring the construction of Binh Chuan 3 Primary School in Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with an estimated total investment of approximately VND 145 billion.

Phat Dat currently owns a land bank of more than 6,200 hectares nationwide, including over 500 hectares in the greater Ho Chi Minh City area. This is considered a key advantage, enabling the Company to secure a steady pipeline of projects in the years ahead. For the 2026–2030 period, Phat Dat aims to develop its land bank under the philosophy of “leveraging location to maximize investment value,” capitalizing on urban expansion trends and infrastructure improvements to drive sustainable growth in the medium and long term.
According to its business plan for 2026–2030, Phat Dat targets total revenue of VND 44,848 billion, of which VND 42,344 billion is expected to come from development projects. In 2026 alone, the Company will implement construction and ensure sales progress at six key projects, including: the Han River Complex (Da Nang); Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area (Gia Lai); Poulo Condor Resort (Con Dao); a high-end commercial and serviced apartment project in Phuoc Hai Commune (HCMC); Thuan An 1 high-rise mixed-use residential project (HCMC); and a newly built apartment project at 239 Cach Mang Thang Tam (HCMC).
