Lusso Saigon managed by WorldHotels, a Brand of BWH Hotels
The Residences segment of BWH Hotels comprises four brands, categorized into mid-range, upper mid-range, premium, and luxury—each aligned with distinct living and operational standards. Notably, Lusso Saigon is managed and operated by WorldHotels, the most prestigious luxury brand within BWH Hotels.

Currently, BWH Hotels manages three hotel brands: WorldHotels™, Best Western® Hotels & Resorts and SureStay® Hotels.
Among them, WorldHotels™ is a curated collection of independent hotels and resorts. WorldHotels is associated with a collection of around 160 premium hotels and resorts across destinations such as the United States, Mexico, China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and Italy—equivalent to nearly 50,000 rooms globally. Best Western Hotels & Resorts (BWHR) offers 13 hotel brands catering to developers and guests from mid-range to premium segments. SureStay Hotels is a franchise collection designed for value-oriented travelers, offering a distinctive experience at affordable prices.
WorldHotels is the most luxurious brand under BWH Hotels.
Similarly, the Residences segment is also divided into tiers, each aligned with distinct operational standards. Best Western Residences (mid-range), Executive Residency Residences (upper mid-range), Premier Best Western Residences (premium), WorldHotels Residences (luxury), offering personalized services comparable to five-star hotel standards.
Being managed by the most luxurious brand within BWH Hotels, what benefits do Lusso Saigon residents enjoy?
Recently, from March 22 to 25, 2026, at the 2026 Pan APAC Regional Conference held at the Carlton Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel, representatives of Phat Dat signed an agreement with WorldHotels on the official management of Lusso Saigon tower—located along National Highway 13 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The selection of Lusso Saigon tower in Vietnam as a managed property reflects WorldHotels’ strategic expansion of its branded residences portfolio, in line with BWH Hotels’ broader growth strategy across Asia-Pacific markets.
Mr. Cyrill Czerwonka – Regional Director of Business Development, Asia-Pacific (APAC), BWH Hotels – stated that the group’s selection process for each location involves rigorous evaluation, based on the ability to create a distinct destination identity, while meeting global standards in quality, operations, and long-term sustainable development potential.
“The key difference lies in applying hospitality expertise to the real estate sector. Through WorldHotels Residences, we deliver an elevated living standard that combines the privacy and comfort of a home with professional services, premium amenities, and the global privileges of a world-class hotel brand,” the representative from BWH Hotels emphasized.
Lusso Saigon will be exclusively managed by WorldHotels, located along National Highway 13 in HCMC.
At Lusso Saigon under WorldHotels’ management, residents will enjoy hospitality and services akin to a five-star hotel—the DNA that WorldHotels has delivered across its portfolio of 160 hotels and resorts worldwide, favored by dignitaries and international celebrities. Expected offerings include: Concierge staff stationed at the lobby, security personnel assisting with car doors and umbrella service; on-demand services such as personal butlers for luxury items and plant care; private chefs for gatherings and family occasions; personal yoga trainers, among others.
WorldHotels also applies advanced management systems to oversee amenities, service quality, and strict inspections of landscaping and swimming pools, ensuring the highest living standards for residents.
For the resident community, the MYBOS application enhances the digital living experience with over 50 features, including inspection management, facility booking, direct communication, multi-purpose scheduling, and cashless payments etc.
According to real estate experts, with strong FDI inflows, an existing base of nearly 55,000 international professionals in Ho Chi Minh City, and the ongoing infrastructure development (major road upgrades, metro network expansion), the implementation of projects managed by international brands—offering five-star hotel living standards like Lusso Saigon—is poised to shape a new trend in the branded residences market in Ho Chi Minh City.
