PHAT DAT MAKES VND 900 BILLION DEPOSIT PAYMENT UNDER MOU WITH LOTTE

HCMC, May 28, 2026 – Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) announces that it has officially made a VND 900 billion deposit payment in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PDR and Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd. regarding the Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project.
