Phat Dat in Top 100 Vietnam's best places to work in 2022

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HoSE: PDR) was honored at the award ceremony of Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2022. Anphabe – the pioneer consulting firm providing Employer Brand and Happy Workforce solutions, conducted the survey under the sponsorship of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

This year’s survey attracted votes from 57,939 working professionals nationwide. The survey also measured Employer Brand Attractiveness of 515 leading businesses across 20 industries. Evaluation criteria include: company reputation, working environment, leadership and management, rewards and benefits, development opportunities, and work-life balance.

This year, Phat Dat was honored in Top 10 Vietnam Best Places to Work in the real estate industry and Top 50 Vietnamese Attractive Employers – Vietnamese enterprises category.

Over 18 years of development, Phat Dat has established a distinct corporate culture. In recent years, Phat Dat’s corporate culture has been continuously cultivated to increase positivity while never compromising its soundness for business results. Particularly, Phat Dat consistently builds a corporate culture instilled with “family vibes, working professionally and living kindly.” Such culture has aided in bonding and creating consensus among the collective Phat Dat; all this has enabled PDR to grow during the past time.
