Phat Dat builds its corporate culture of "understanding and empathy"
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) recently organized the program “Leadership Understanding and Empathy – Reflect, unite, propel forward.” This is a quarterly activity for the Leadership and senior management aimed at building a corporate culture and fostering the Leadership and management team.
“Leadership Understanding and Empathy” is held every quarter.
The program was designed by Mindful Leadership Vietnam and took place from June 2nd to June 4th, 2023, in Phan Thiet and Da Lat, with the participation of all personnel from the Board of Directors and senior management at Phat Dat. They went through a journey to reflect on achievements and challenges in order to gain more understanding and empathy, ready to embrace challenges and move forward with a new mindset, new energy, and new individuals.
In recent economic and business market fluctuations, Phat Dat recognizes the importance of building and developing a distinctive corporate culture. An enterprise with a strong culture can adapt flexibly to external challenges and fluctuations. In addition, the company is also prepared internally to embrace future opportunities.
Phat Dat is also well aware that developing an organization and building a corporate culture is a process, and the Leadership must be the first to lead the change and improvement. Before upgrading the skills of employees, the Leadership must develop their skills first, have an open mind, and make an impact with a deep understanding of the needs and perspectives of employees. Especially at Phat Dat, “understanding and empathy” is emphasized and fostered daily.

Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu, CEO of Phat Dat, shared that the senior management team is an extended arm of the Board of Directors to convey important and consistent messages about “kindness – understanding and empathy” to each individual in the company. The management team of Phat Dat is always at the forefront and sets an example in practicing and promoting the cultural values that the company has diligently built.
