The completion of the underground structure of Phat Dat's office building

On the morning of June 15, 2023, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HoSE: PDR) held a ceremony to mark the completion of the underground structure for their office building located at 39 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 3, HCMC.

The office building stands on a 673.5 sqm land and consists of 12 aboveground floors and 4 underground levels. The architectural design of the building adheres to a modern style and incorporates open spaces to foster connectivity and provide an ideal working place.

The building adheres to LEED standards, a certification granted by the US Green Building Council. It stands out as a significant project located in the city center with a focus on going green. Specifically, the project prioritizes environmental friendliness, energy efficiency, CO2 emission reduction, drainage efficiency, and effective resource management.

This also follows the direction for Phat Dat’s future projects. In particular, Phat Dat’s office building serves as a role model and a source of inspiration for upcoming environmentally friendly projects. Phat Dat aims to play a part in building a green, clean, and modern Vietnam.

The underground structure of the project is completed. This 4-story basement was the most challenging and time-consuming phase of the construction process. Currently, the contractor is actively working on the aboveground structure to ensure timely completion.

In line with its sustainability strategy, the office building will serve as PDR’s headquarters. It aims to enhance the working environment to attract highly skilled and professional personnel and support the Company’s future expansion and robust growth.
