Phat Dat Officially Commences the Construction of Bac Ha Thanh Urban Project

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) held the groundbreaking ceremony and officially started construction of Bac Ha Thanh urban project in Binh Dinh. This project spans over 43.16ha and involves an investment of over VND 2,343 billion.

Along National Highway 19, Bac Ha Thanh Urban Area provides direct access to Quy Nhon City. 

The project received land allocation from the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh Province and was granted a construction permit by the Binh Dinh Department of Construction in October 2023.

Situated along National Highway 19, in the heart of the newly planned urban area in Tuy Phuoc District, the project is part of the expansion plan towards the northwest of Quy Nhon City. This location is considered promising as it serves as a focal point for developing functional urban areas of Binh Dinh Province with complete transportation infrastructure.

Not only aiming to become a coastal economic, tourist, scientific and technological hub, Binh Dinh also envisions fostering regional connectivity, linking the North Central Coast and the Central Highlands. Bac Ha Thanh Urban Area is positioned along the East-West Economic Corridor and National Highway 19. It can easily connect to traditional craft villages, ecotourism areas, existing seaside tourism and industrial clusters.

Phat Dat officially commenced construction of Bac Ha Thanh urban project on October 28, 2023.

The real estate market in the region currently lacks large-scale, well-planned projects with complete amenities. Therefore, the introduction of Bac Ha Thanh Urban Area is expected to provide a diverse range of products to meet the high residential demand of Binh Dinh and neighboring provinces in the Central Highlands.

The project also gains an advantage by being adjacent to the Ha Thanh River and meeting the criteria of “firstly near markets, secondly rivers, and thirdly roads.” This is a favorable feng shui location, believed to bring prosperity and good fortune as in Eastern culture.
