Phat Dat holds a 35% equity interest in Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd., the legal entity implementing Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem. Under the transaction structure, Phat Dat participates as a co-developer of the residential components in Blocks 2-2, 2-4, and 2-6. At the same time, Phat Dat is responsible for the development of two commercial towers, Blocks 2-1 and 2-3, together with the podium comprising four floors of commercial and service space and basement levels.
