Update on the construction progress of La Pura as of August 2025: Accelerating every day
In August 2025, the La Pura project continues to maintain a steady and dynamic construction pace. All work items are being implemented in a synchronized manner, closely aligned with the planned schedule while ensuring quality standards.
Specifically:
- Zenia Tower 1: Completed slab formwork for the 9th floor and installed wall reinforcement for floors 9–10.
- Zenia Tower 2: Completed slab formwork for the 10th floor, installed wall reinforcement for floors 10–11, and added an additional hoist system to enhance construction speed and safety.
- Risa Tower: Completed concrete slab casting for the 17th floor.
In parallel with the main construction works, internal pathways within the project have been clearly defined with fencing systems, while floor numbering signage has been installed in a synchronized manner—marking a new milestone in the overall development progress.
