Chairman Nguyen Van Dat Completes the Purchase of 20 Million PDR Shares, Increasing Ownership to 29.54%
On August 26, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) announced the results of a share transaction by Mr. Nguyen Van Dat, the Board Chairman.
According to the announcement, Chairman Nguyen Van Dat has completed the purchase of PDR shares as registered.
Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Van Dat purchased 20,000,000 PDR shares, the number previously registered, through matching orders on the stock exchange. The transaction was carried out from August 5 to August 25, 2026.
Prior to the transaction, Mr. Nguyen Van Dat held 274,757,246 PDR shares, representing a 27.54% ownership stake. Following the transaction, his holdings increased to 294,757,246 shares, equivalent to a 29.54% ownership stake.
The transaction value at par was VND 200 billion (two hundred billion Vietnamese dong).
