Phat Dat announces approval of equity acquisition in Lotte Properties HCMC
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) has issued an extraordinary information disclosure regarding the approval of acquisition of an equity interest in and additional capital contribution to Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd.
On June 26, 2026, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation approved the acquisition of an equity interest representing 35% of the charter capital of Lotte Properties HCMC, with an estimated acquisition value of more than VND7,666 billion.
Following the acquisition, should Lotte Properties HCMC increase its charter capital to VND12,000 billion, Phat Dat intends to make an additional capital contribution of more than VND2,726 billion to maintain its 35% equity interest in Lotte Properties HCMC.
The Board of Directors also authorized Mr. Nguyen Van Dat - BOD Chairman, and/or Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu - CEO of the Company, acting for and on behalf of the Company, to take all necessary actions in connection with the acquisition of the equity interest, the additional capital contribution, and all related actions in accordance with law, the Company's Charter, and the GMS resolutions.
