Phat Dat “completes the picture" at Nhon Hoi Urban Ecotourism Area, Binh Dinh

Phat Dat Real Estate Development (Ticker: PDR) again won the bidding of Zone No. 9 in Nhon Hoi Urban Ecotourism Area in Binh Dinh on June 1, 2019. This helps PDR to “complete the picture” in Nhon Hoi and increases the total land fund to 116.2 hectares.

Zone No. 9 – the final “puzzle” in PDR’s “Nhon Hoi picture” of a modern urban coastal residential area, of ​ 116.2 hectares.

In the last 06 months, Binh Dinh market has recorded a real estate developer from Ho Chi Minh City winning the bidding of Zone No. 2 and Zone No. 4 of Nhon Hoi Urban Area.

PDR continued the success story at Zone No. 9 with an area of ​​45.94ha with the winning bid of VND 647.56 billion on June 1, 2019.  Located right next to the core of Nhon Hoi Urban Area, adjacent to Highway No. 19 and FLC Zoo Safari Park Quy Nhon, Zone No. 9 is the last “puzzle piece” with the largest land area of ​​the three zones that PDR have won through bidding; with the total price of approx. 10,036 billion VND.

By the end of February 2019, PDR won the bidding of Zone No. 4 of ​​34.16ha with a winning bid of about 7,495 billion VND. The Zone is located right at the center of Nhon Hoi Urban Area and has an amazing beachfront. This is the first “puzzle” of an urban costal area that PDR plans to develop in Nhon Hoi.

With prompt construction, PDR has completed nearly 80% of the technical infrastructure and is ready for sale by the end of the second quarter of 2019.

The second “puzzle piece” of PDR’s plan in Nhon Hoi is Zone No. 2 in April 2019 with a winning bid of 7,969 billion VND. The zone is located to the right of the center of Nhon Hoi Urban Area and next to Zone No. 4, with an area of ​​36.10ha. PDR is currently implementing legal procedures and design. Thus, the construction is expected to commence by the third quarter of 2019.

The completion of the”picture” of an urban coastal area in Nhon Hoi Urban Ecotourism Area affirms the business strategy in key non-HCMC markets.

Through winning of the bids of Zones No. 2, No. 4 and No. 9, PDR has completed the “picture” of an urban coastal area in Nhon Hoi Urban Ecotourism Area, Binh Dinh with a total land area of 116.2ha. Along with winning the bidding for Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area Project, Binh Dinh with an area of ​​55.7 hectares in February 2019, the total land fund that PDR currently owns in Binh Dinh has increased to 171.9ha, accounting for 42% of the total land fund PDR plans to develop in 2019.

PDR’s business strategy focuses on residential and urban area projects in key non-HCMC markets in 2019 has been clearly shaped through the projects that are currently developing in Binh Dinh as well as the great success of Phat Dat’s Bau Ca Residential Project in Quang Ngai.  The successful implementation of this strategy has helped PDR immensely increase the land fund available for project development, generating great revenues and profits along with a rapid growth of ROI rate in the coming years.
