My Loi Bridge connects the former Long An and Tien Giang provinces, with a total route length of 2.691 km, including a 1.416 km bridge section. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 1.313 trillion and was developed under a Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model.
The bridge is of strategic importance to regional economic and social development, strengthening connectivity between Ho Chi Minh City and the southeastern provinces of the Mekong Delta, while contributing to national security and defense in the region.
