The project is located at 8 Vo Van Tan Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The site was previously planned for the development of the Phan Dinh Phung Sports Center under a Build-Transfer (BT) contract.

In January 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City authorities approved a plan to temporarily transform the site into a public park and flower garden in the city center. On January 25, 2026, after more than 20 days of construction, Phat Dat officially handed over the Phan Dinh Phung Sports Center Landscape Project to the Xuan Hoa Ward People’s Committee for management and community use ahead of the Lunar New Year.

With an investment of approximately VND 30 billion, the project represents a meaningful effort to transform an underutilized central land site into a public space for the community. It contributes to expanding green space in a highly urbanized area and creating immediate social value, while the site awaits a long-term investment decision.
