Specifically, the list of 8 land plots to be auctioned includes: Plot 1.K1.5.DV (formerly plot 1-12), with an area of ​​31,995m², classified as urban service land; Plot 1.K3.4.HH (formerly plot 3-5), with an area of ​​6,446m², classified as mixed-use land for housing and services in the planning scheme.

Lot 1.K3.1.OD (formerly lot 3-8), with an area of ​​8,568.1m², is classified as planned residential land; Lot 1.K3.3.HH (formerly lot 3-9), with an area of ​​5,009.1m², is classified as planned mixed-use residential and service land.

Lot 1.K3.5.HH (formerly lot 3-12), with an area of ​​10,059.7m², is classified as mixed-use residential and service land; Lot 1.K4.5.DV (formerly lot 4-21), with an area of ​​700m², is classified as commercial and service land; Lot 1.K7.2.DV (formerly lot 7-1), with an area of ​​74,393.4m², is classified as urban-level service land; Lot 1.K7.1.DV (formerly lot 7-17), with an area of ​​1,500m², is classified as urban-level service land.

The total area of ​​the 8 auctioned land plots is 138,671.3 m². The auction plan for these 8 land plots is expected to be conducted in 13 steps, with the goal of completing the land use rights auction before October 10th.

According to the requirements of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City , the auction of land plots in the Thu Thiem new urban area must adhere closely to the directives of the Government, the Prime Minister, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. It is necessary to balance the progress between the investor's project implementation plan and the construction progress plan of the Thu Thiem new urban area, as well as the socio-economic development plan of Ho Chi Minh City.

The implementation process requires close and coordinated cooperation, proactively handling complex situations that may arise. We must resolutely prevent further delays and prolonged auction processes.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to regularly inspect the implementation, and to take the lead in coordinating with relevant departments and units according to their functions and duties to prepare procedures, advise, and submit to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for issuance of related decisions.

The People's Committee of An Khánh Ward is tasked with developing a plan for auctioning land use rights and submitting it to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for review and approval by the City People's Committee in accordance with regulations.

The State Treasury of Region II is tasked with coordinating with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive and confirm that the full amount of the winning bid has been paid and forwarded to the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department.

The Ho Chi Minh City Land Registration Office is tasked with transferring information to determine land-related financial obligations, updating land records, issuing land use right certificates and certificates of ownership of assets attached to the land, and updating and revising land databases and land records in accordance with regulations for the winning bidder.
