Millennium Residents Receive Ownership Certificates

On September 26, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) held the first group handover of ownership certificates to Millennium residents. The certificates, formally known as Certificates of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Houses and Other Land-Attached Assets, were handed over at the building's Community Room at 132 Ben Van Don Street, Khanh Hoi Ward, HCMC. 

With the Millennium residential community now well established, the handover of ownership certificates marks an important milestone for homeowners. It provides homeowners with formal confirmation of their legal ownership rights and reflects the completion of the project's remaining legal procedures.  

As the project's developer, Phat Dat has worked closely with relevant authorities and other stakeholders to complete the procedures for issuing ownership certificates to homeowners in accordance with applicable regulations. Throughout the process, Phat Dat's Customer Service Center has supported residents in completing their documentation and prepared for the handover. This reflects Phat Dat's continued commitment to its responsibilities for projects it has developed, as well as to supporting residents after they move in. 

The first round of handovers was carried out for customers who had completed all required documentation and procedures. Following this handover, Phat Dat will continue working with relevant parties to process the remaining applications and hand over ownership certificates to other eligible homeowners as they are issued. 

Customers who have not yet submitted their documents or completed the required procedures are encouraged to contact Phat Dat's Customer Service Center at their earliest convenience for guidance and assistance.
