PDR has paid over VND 2.4 trillion for the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem Project

 Following a payment of more than VND 1,031 billion on July 3, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) has increased its total payments related to the development of the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem to more than VND 2,444 billion.

Specifically, on July 3, 2026, Phat Dat made an additional payment of VND1,031,860,120,111 to Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd. pursuant to the Equity Interest Transfer Agreement signed on June 26, 2026.

Previously, Phat Dat had paid VND 900 billion in deposit on May 28, 2026 and paid the first instalment of VND 513,075,000,000 on June 29, 2026.

As of today, Phat Dat has made total payments of VND 2,444,935,120,111 in connection with its participation in the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem project.

The continued payments in accordance with the schedule demonstrate Phat Dat's proactive fulfillment of its financial commitments while reinforcing its role in the development of the Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem, located in the core area of Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City.
