Phat Dat Holds 2026 Firefighting and Rescue Drill
On October 30, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE), in coordination with Firefighting and Rescue Team No. 3, held a fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue drill at Phat Dat Building, No. 39 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC. The drill is part of the Company's regular efforts to ensure fire safety at the building and in the surrounding area.
The exercise involved the building's in-house firefighting team and Firefighting and Rescue Team No. 3. Together, they responded to a simulated fire, carried out firefighting and rescue operations, and guided building occupants to designated safe areas.
The drill was successfully completed, helping raise employees' awareness and improve their ability to respond to emergencies. It also provided an opportunity to check the readiness of firefighting equipment and assess how effectively the in-house team and local authorities could coordinate in an emergency.
