Binh Chuan 3 Primary School was developed in line with Ho Chi Minh City’s policy of promoting social participation in education. With a total investment value of approximately VND 145 billion, the project was fully funded by Phat Dat.
The new school was built on a site of approximately 10,458 m², featuring 40 classrooms, including 13 classrooms on the first floor, 15 on the second floor, and 12 on the third floor. The facility accommodates more than 1,000 students and a teaching staff of over 40 teachers. In addition to the classroom system, the school is equipped with dedicated subject rooms and functional spaces, including a STEM room, digital library, two computer rooms, two foreign language rooms, an art room, a music room, a multi-purpose sports hall, a dining hall, a traditional room, and a space dedicated to the cultural values and legacy of President Ho Chi Minh.
