LOTTE Eco Smart City Thu Thiem expected to commence construction on October 23, 2026
Lotte (Shopping, Hotel, E&C from South Korea) and Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) will jointly commence construction of the residential component and the commercial-service component integrated with office space at Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem on October 23, 2026. The project is developed by LOTTE Properties HCMC Co., Ltd.
LOTTE Eco Smart City Thu Thiem is a mixed-use urban complex spanning approximately 7.54 hectares in Functional Zone 2A of Thu Thiem New Urban Area in An Khanh Ward, HCMC. The project comprises six land plots, numbered 2-1 through 2-6.
Under the cooperation agreement among the parties, Lotte and Phat Dat participates jointly develop the residential component on plots 2-2, 2-4 and 2-6. Phat Dat is solely responsible for developing the commercial-service component integrated with office space on plots 2-1 and 2-3, with a combined gross floor area of approximately 219,722 square meters.
The Construction Commencement Ceremony for LOTTE Eco Smart City Thu Thiem, covering the residential component and the commercial-service component integrated with office space, is scheduled for October 23, 2026, marking a key milestone in the project’s development. Lotte and Phat Dat are currently finalizing on-site preparations for the ceremony to proceed as planned.
