PDR won top 10 property developers reputation award for the 2nd time in a row
On 22nd April 2022, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, the Organizing Committee of the Top 10 Property Developers Reputation Award officially announced the 10 leading prestigious enterprises with positive contributions to the overall development of Vietnam’s real estate industry, especially in post-epidemic. In particular, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HoSE: PDR) was honored for the second time.

On 22nd April 2022, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, the Organizing Committee of the Top 10 Property Developers Reputation Award officially announced the 10 leading prestigious enterprises with positive contributions to the overall development of Vietnam’s real estate industry, especially in post-epidemic. In particular, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HoSE: PDR) was honored for the second time.
Top 10 Property Developers Reputation Award is an annual program organized by Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) in collaboration with media partners. Its results are based on Vietnam Report’s independent and objective research.
Since its inception in 2012, the Top Reputable Enterprises list has been steadily expanded into new industries, garnering widespread praise from the business community and experts both at home and abroad. The award is evaluated based on the following criteria: (1) Business results and financial capacity of each enterprise in correlation with industry standards, (2) survey results from experts and companies in the real estate market, as well as end-users, and (3) quantitative analysis of media credibility of these enterprises.
Under the prolonged COVID-19 with many negative impacts, the real estate industry has demonstrated good adaptability and enduring resilience by overcoming difficulties, creating outstanding highlights and creating attractiveness for investors. To recognize reputable real estate businesses as well as to promote social responsibility and a proactive approach to pandemic challenges, on 22nd April 2022, at the National Convention Center in Hanoi, the Organizing Committee of the Top 10 Property Developers Reputation Award officially announced the 10 leading prestigious enterprises with positive contributions to the overall development of Vietnam’s real estate industry. This is the second time in a row that Phat Dat has won this award.
Phat Dat officially cemented its place as one of Vietnam’s biggest real estate companies in 2021. That position is convincingly demonstrated in many aspects of scale with efficiency and achievements with values. In terms of finance and business operations, Phat Dat is currently recognized as one of the top three property developers by market capitalization, Top 5 largest real estate developers, 20 leading firms of the Top 50 Vietnam Public Companies and the Top 50 Vietnam Best Growth, among others.
In 2021, PDR’s market capitalization reached $2.12 billion; PDR stock is also recognized as one of the top 4 real estate stocks with the highest pre-tax profit in Vietnam’s stock market. Additionally, Phat Dat’s growth is regarded as secure and steady, as evidenced by its inclusion in the VN30 and MSCI Frontier Markets Indexes, as well as a ‘B’ credit rating for a stable outlook by Fitch Ratings.
Throughout the course of its 17-year journey, Phat Dat has constantly created and enhanced values for people’s development, including employees, customers, partners and the community. In the face of the epidemic’s severe effects during the past year, Phat Dat’s social responsibility activities were promoted with great efforts and practical effectiveness: more than VND 18 billion in donations to the vaccine fund, medical equipment and support to the frontline and seriously affected areas. Besides accompanying the country to overcome difficulties, these efforts also demonstrated PDR’s social responsibility by promptly assisting the community throughout the pandemic. In addition to aiding the battle against the pandemic, Phat Dat sponsored a total of roughly 5 billion VND in various initiatives, adhering to the principle of assisting local development.
As such, the constant presence in the Top 10 Property Developers Reputation Award is a testament to Phat Dat’s relentless aspiration to overcome hurdles and reach its current stature.
