PHAT DAT AND LOTTE SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THU THIEM ECO SMART CITY PROJECT

HCMC, May 28, 2026 – Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) and Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd. (“Lotte”) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance their strategic cooperation in relation to Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, HCMC.

Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project is envisioned as one of the landmark mixed-use urban developments in Thu Thiem. With its large scale and integrated components—including shopping malls, office spaces, hotels, luxury residences, and smart urban amenities—the project is expected to contribute to the development of the City’s new international financial and commercial hub.
