Handover and takeover ceremony of the Millennium luxury residential area

On the morning of June 28, 2018, at the Millenium luxury residential area at No. 132 Ben Van Don, District 4, HCM has took place the Handover and takeover ceremony of the Millennium luxury residential area between the contractor Coteccons and the Investor Phat Dat Real Estate Development JSC and Thao Dien Investment and manager Savills.

Items at the handover ceremony include: technical system, infrastructure, utility system, typical apartment … The handover ceremony takes place on the basis of ensuring the preparation of management and operation of the building in the most perfect manners to serve the residents in the near future.

Millennium is the commercial – office center and apartment in Ben Van Don, District 4, HCMC. The project was started in May 2016 with total area of 7,328 m2 including 32 floors, including 6 floor blocks and 26 floor blocks with 649 apartments. Millennium is also known as one of the well-known brand names of The EverRich Investor.
