Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) has released its May 2025 IR Newsletter, providing updates on key project progress and investment expansion in the first months of the year.
Expanding Footprint in Binh Duong
Phat Dat has completed all financial obligations related to land use fees for Thuan An 1, clearing the way for its sales launch in Q3/2025. The 1.8-hectare development will feature a 39-story tower with 3 basements, offering approximately 2,700 apartments and shophouses.
Concurrently, the company is developing La Pura wellness city along National Highway 13, featuring fully furnished units and flexible payment policies. As of May 8, 2025, La Pura has recorded nearly 1,200 bookings, demonstrating strong market demand.
Phat Dat now holds a significant project portfolio in Binh Duong Province, primarily concentrated in Thuan An City, Di An City, and other areas under investment consideration. With urban decentralization and robust infrastructure development in HCMC’s satellite cities, Binh Duong remains a strategic focus for Phat Dat’s mid-to-long-term growth, particularly in residential and commercial real estate segments.
