Construction progress update for Thuan An 1&2 High-rise Residential Complex as of April 15, 2025

As of April 15, 2025, Thuan An 1 & 2 High-Rise Residential Complex, developed by Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR), has completed nearly 100% of the perimeter walls and mass pile construction across all three towers.

For Tower A1, the construction of the perimeter wall and mass piles has been fully completed. Currently, work is being accelerated on the underground structure and tower core, with some areas of the 3rd floor having completed reinforced concrete work while remaining sections are undergoing steel reinforcement and podium construction on the 1st floor.

Towers A2 and A3 have also shown positive progress, having completed their perimeter walls and now proceeding with mass pile construction as scheduled.
