Phat Dat is focusing on boosting sales and improving cash flow in this year’s business strategy.

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) was established in 2004 and listed on the stock exchange in 2010 (HOSE: PDR). Entering its 21st year of operation, the company has identified this as a pivotal moment to accelerate growth after thorough preparation and overcoming numerous challenges.

Accordingly, the company will boost sales and improve cash flow to ensure sustainable growth capacity as the market gradually recovers.

Phat Dat announced it will accelerate implementation of major projects to strengthen its position and diversify its investment portfolio. With at least 6 key projects, the company aims to generate 50,000 billion VND in revenue from now until 2027.

La Pura represents Phat Dat’s strategic move in Northeast HCMC market

A highlight of this operational strategy is expanding activities in Northeast HCMC by becoming the developer of La Pura project located on National Highway 13. The company stated the project aligns with its strategy focusing on high-potential satellite urban areas, while optimizing financial resources and enhance project implementation capacity.

La Pura has seen participation from major partners including Big Four (strategic and implementation consultant), Central (main contractor), and VPBank (financial partner).

“With Binh Duong proposed to merge with HCMC, the development potential of the real estate market here continues to strengthen. Phat Dat is oriented for long-term development in this area,” a company representative shared.

After more than two decades of formation and development, Phat Dat has been recognized through many awards. On April 24, the company entered the Top 10 Most Reputable Real Estate Developers 2025, according to Vietnam Report.

In 2022, Phat Dat won 4 categories at PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2022, including: Best Mid-Range Developer, Special Recognition for Corporate Social Responsibility, Best Housing Development, and Best Architectural Design.

In 2021, Phat Dat ranked first in “Top 10 Best Annual Reports 2021 – Large Cap Group” organized by Hoxhiminh Stock Exchange and Hanoi Stock Exchange.
