Invitation to an Architectural Design Competition for the Commercial–Service, Condotel, Resort Villa, and High-End Hotel Complex in Phuoc Hai Commune, Ho Chi Minh City
Serenity Investment JSC has announced the invitation to an architectural design competition for the commercial–service, condotel, resort villa, and high-end hotel complex located on Provincial Road 44A, Phuoc Hai Commune, HCMC. The project is expected to become a new architectural landmark, offering a premium living and resort environment for the area.
The competition will be held from April 15, 2026 to June 15, 2026 in the form of a limited competition. The invited consulting companies include:
- Vietnam A2B Construction Design Corporation;
- National General Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (Nageco);
- Joint venture: MDL Associates (Singapore) Pte Ltd & Vertical Studio Construction Design Consulting Co., Ltd.
Submission deadline is before 5:00 PM on May 31, 2026, at No. 39 Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition to the opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities on a large-scale project, participants will receive the following prizes:
- 01 First Prize: VND 50,000,000
- 01 Second Prize: VND 30,000,000
- 01 Third Prize: VND 20,000,000
The First Prize winner will be given priority in negotiation and contract award for subsequent design stages in accordance with the 2019 Law on Architecture No. 40/2019/QH14.
