Proposal to Remove Transaction Restrictions at Land Plot 132 Ben Van Don

According to First-Instance Judgment No. 233/2025/HSST issued by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court on May 13, 2025, regarding the case of “violating regulations on state property management causing loss and waste,” the Trial Council announced conclusions to relevant parties, including Phu My Hung Development Corporation. The specific details are as follows:

  1. Phu My Hung Development Corporation, as a bona fide third party that received the land use rights transfer and implemented the project, was lawfully granted the land use certificate and project implementation license for Land Plot 132 Ben Van Don, Ward 6, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City. The subsequent transfers to buyers in the project constitute independent civil transactions unrelated to the criminal acts of the defendants in this case.
  2. The court recommends that the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee remove the restrictions on transfer transactions at Land Plot 132 Ben Van Don, Ward 6, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, which were previously imposed at the request of the Ministry of Public Security’s investigative agency.

This ruling reaffirms the transparent and independent legal standing of Phu My Hung in the investment, development, and business operations of the Millennium project. It also safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of homebuyers, partners, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
